Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients across corporate, leisure, and travel agent segments. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and networking activities to generate leads. Coordinate with the banquet and events team to promote MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) business. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Work with digital and social media teams to boost the hotel’s online presence. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. Participate in hotel promotions, exhibitions, and industry events. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field. Freshers are fine or minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good knowledge of the Chennai hospitality market and corporate network. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
